welcome to YT and congratulations on your new baby!
i think a lot of people on this forum believe 8 weeks is pretty young for puppy to leave mom and siblings. (i believe so too)
usually best if the puppy is 12 weeks old. (there are people here that has gotten their pups at 8 weeks of age as well, so you might be able to get some advice from them)
