If my child didn't want to be carried or pushed they would have no choice. There are ways to make a child stay in a stroller. I am the parent not the other way around. When my kids were little I took them to Hershey Park and Six Flags. They were fine. As a parent you can't let yourself get distracted. They hold your hand or sit in the stroller, period. They have no choice that's it.
