I vaguely remember being on one many, many years ago as a young child. If I'm remembering correctly, I think it was at an amusement park..maybe Six Flags? Looking back on it, I don't have any problem with it when used as my parents did. I know how easy it would of been for me to get separated in such a huge crowd of people. They didn't use it, for example, at the mall when they didn't want to have to watch me.
I really can't say that I've seen any child on one in the 4 years that I've been in Manhattan. |
