I understand the point behind it....but I just think it's kind of weird. I wouldn't use one. I seem to vaguely remember being on one once in a store when I was really little, but I may be hallucinating.
I don't know. It's weird...silly...but I don't think it's cruel or anything, as long as they're not being kept on leashes at home haha.
