I missed the show this year..... usually after the dogs are done being in the ring ..the breeders/handlers are more relaxed...and I have even gotten to hold one of them one time (and she had placed first)...I was in my glory.....my boys all have long coats...and two of them are "retired" show dogs but they do not look anything like the ones at the shows....the breeders/handlers really have a knack when it comes to grooming.....they are just beautiful.....
My boys use to have the "show" ring walk but have now lost it :-( I always wonder if I put them back in if they would remember...... probably not their careers were not that long :-) ....one was too timid and one was shown as a puppy but his adult teeth grew in all wrong...
