A couple years ago we saw a beat-up van in the North Wal-Mart parking lot selling pit bulls. Thankfully that was the only time I have ever seen this happen here in town, but we don't typically go to the North Wal-Mart. However, I worry who was buying pit bulls out of that van and what they will do with them.
