thats horrible. I bet more people will be trying to sell puppies this year because some people are getting desperate for extra money. My husband works at macys and they have had so many people get caught trying to steal things since black friday..
I'm starting to think they should put a ban on selling puppies right before the holidays, then maybe it would reduc the number of puppies turned into shelters the week after christmas.
