You can do the boiled chicken and rice, but our vet always has us withhold any food and treats for awhile in order to clean out the system, then give a little bit of chicken and rice, and slowly work up to a full meal. You could give pepto, but I don't think it really works. Some say that pumpkin helps with stools... I also got a medicine at petco for diaherria and upset tummies and it worked wonders on my two.
