I don't think I would give metro and amoxi at the same time. That can be really hard on the tummy. Metro is pretty strong. Did they put her on metro because of Cocci or giardia? Did you finish the RX? Because of the diarrhea I would make sure she drinks and keep the water down. I guess if she not is skinny or weak I would withhold food for 24 hrs, or just give rice and boiled hamburger in very small meals , many times a day.
