i took her to the vet last week for the same thing and he put her on metronidazole for this he also put her on amoxi...she has a very sensitive stomach it cleared for almost a week up but an hour ago she was back with bloody diarrhea.I gave her more of the metronidazole and amoxi. She seems to be uncomfortable and tired ..please any suggestions Of course it is the weekend..Should i take up her water? i did pick up her food ..she refused to eat this morning...Also the vet said her pancreas seams to be sore when he exaimed her.. She is 14 yr. old..any input would be helpful..would a crumb or two that fell on the floor from dinner last night have brought this back on? She was not given anything except boiled chicken and peas yesterday..i am very careful with her diet...
