Thanks for your advice YTers. I was just so frustrated when I wrote that hehe. I really just wanted to help him because he kept itching and I'm sure it was because of the massive tangles. I was able to get most of it out or just cut it so the itching has stopped. I guess we're both still learning about each other and things..
