The pet insurance is probably going to be more of a hassel than it is worth with regard to coverage as they will classify anything they can as related to the gastritis.
I'm not sure on the cost of the holistic vet. As far as the gastritis goes, I would highly recommend a phone consultation with pet nutritionist, Susan Davis. Her information in invaluable in getting a pet healthy again!!!!
