Hi. Welcome to YT. You can do a search on Pet adoption: Want a dog or cat? Adopt a pet on Petfinder. You enter Yorkie and your zip code and it will bring up all available in your area. You can also check out Yorkie Rescues and Rescues in general. Please check out the rescues too. Just because they say they are a rescue does not mean they are reputable. Working direct with a rescue I've seen quite a few lately that claim to be a rescue when they are in fact acting as brokers by buying pups from mills and then placing them as rescues. Possibly someone on here from your area can lead you to a good rescue in your area.

The adoption fees range but probably you should expect to pay around $250 - $450 for your rescue and that will include the neuter or spay, shots, initial vetting, dental if needed and heart worm preventative. If it does not then please question them more.
