A lot of yorkies have fox faces I think. It has a lot to do with how long the hair is around their face as well as if they have a top knot in or not. Diesels hair right now sorta sticks out from the sides of his face and his hair is cut shorter so he doesn't have a top knot, he looks more "foxy" lol, Lilly's hair is quite long and lays down, and even when here hair isnt in a top knot, it's long enough so it lays differently than his because its long, and so she doesn't have that same look. I believe if their hair were the same length, they would probably have similar looks. Yorkies arent supposed to have "bear faces".
