I would dangle some cash before she moves to NY as I'm sure she'll need it once she gets there. Ride it out a few more weeks and see what happens. She sounds very unstable and don't know what she wants. One thing I've learned over the years is that unless you're really good friends isthat you can't tell what a co-worker is just by being a friend to them at work.
