Until you can get her to UT (great choice
), she NEEDS the following because shaking is a neurologic symptom (toxins are building up in her system):
Low protein food (try Science Diet L/D canned or Royal Canin Hepatic LS 14 dry (the second is very palatable but can make Yorkies itchy). You might end up needing to force her to eat.
Denosyl or Vetri DMG everyday
Lactulose 3 times a day to produce two soft but formed bowel movements
Vitamin E (400 IU would be fine)
Omegas are good also
Milk Thistle (Hepato Support is a good one but others will work also)
And did your vet have you put her on regular puppy chow and not tell you to use these other things?
