hmmm miss buffeys incision was a little poofy for a while after and also was not leaking or irritating her....i would think this would be normal for an incision only a week and 3 days old i know when i cut myself on accident, even when i put neosporin on it, it takes a while for the puffiness to go down ... and a spay suture is even more invasive...i guess it depends on how puffy it is if it would set your mind at ease, i think a visit to the vet would be worth it
