Welcome to YT. I'm sure he'll be ok, but I'd keep him confined to the room where his wee wee pads are, or if you crate him make sure there are plenty of wee wee pads. I know there is something you can buy at the store, to put little droplets of this excuse me "pee" smell. That might help him get trained sooner.
