I said it was a good starting point....like with any breeder you need to meet them and ask questions whether it be someone from the YTCA or any other place. There is going to be good and bad in every aspect of the breeding/showing world. Just do your homework and go with what you feel comfortable with. Always get an excellent health guarantee no question there! I still and will always recommend starting with the YTCA.org when looking for a yorkie! I'm sorry you got burned but not all YTCA members are like that either
