I think even if it doesn't look like your puppy is dehydrated, it is very likely that she is or will be soon. Going 7 times a day is bad enough but with some diarrhea, I think this needs to be resolved now even if that means prescription food. Has the vet talked about something like I/D for awhile (if you don't want to do homecooked)?

I would just be very nervous to let this go on because dehydration leads to electrolyte imbalance and then cardiac arrest. She also can't be feeling the best even if she isn't showing it...
