Default Puppy Diarehea-wont stop!

Need Help!!

I have 2 yorkies, a 6 month old and a 2 yr old. We had some issues with food initially, they were eating each others food and the 2 yr old was gaining weight. We slowly switched them to another food, which wasnt working, so we went back to the food our breeder reccommended for our puppy which was OK for our 2 yr old to eat as well. We must not have done it slow enough as the 6 month old was having serious diarehea. We took her to the vet and she put her on a bland diet, anti-biotics and said to try again. After a few different attempts, we finally got her back on the food we want her on, and she was still on the anti-biotics. After we stopped the anti-biotics, 3 days later, she started her diarehea again. She is going up to 7 times a day, sometimes its solid, sometimes its loose stools. She drinks plenty of water and is SO ACTIVE and playful so I am not worried about dehydration at this point. The vet is not giving me answers, and we've seen 3 different ones at this point. I lowered the amount of food to the lowest reccommended serving, but our 6 month old is under weight and our 2 yr old is over weight, both by 1 lb. I typically let them graze b/c they are finiky eaters, but now I'm starting to keep food from them and only feeding 2 times a day, which i hate doing. The food is Life's Abundance and the only reason we chose it was b/c our puppy was on it when we got her. We should never have switched her off of it, but now we dont know what to do! She's had 2 feces samples, both came back negative. Our 2 yr old has had no issues with any of the food we have given her, only our 6 month old. Does anyone have any suggestions?? We have been dealing with her diarehea since October, and if anyone thinks its just going to take more time, please let me know. I dont know how long switching food and letting their digestive system adjust takes.

Thank you!
