I 100% whole heartedly understand the importance of purchasing from a reputable breeder, but have to say it is frustrating to recieve no answer when attempting to make contact with one of these breeders. To me, this is pushing potential buyers to go to easily accesible "breeders," i.e., Jeff Dane types. Just my $.02..... Sorry to hijack this thread.. |
I understand your frustration but maybe your email went to their spam folder as that is what happens to me sometimes and I accidently hit delete all by mistake like I did the other day. Some may not have puppies available or not breeding at the time, yes I feel maybe they should answer but maybe shoot them another email to let them know you are still interested and maybe go to the next state close to you ect. If you are persistant maybe you'll get a response. I try to answer every email I get but sometimes I do accidently hit delete all in my spam box. If you want a healthy puppy then breeders like i.e...Jeff Dane isn't your best option. Just my opinion. Find local dog shows to attend ect....there are reputable breeders on the YTCA that will give you the time of day
