Thanks guys for the advice. I will look into the belly band. We are going to the vet next week for shots and a checkup, and I was going to talk to him about breeding. I will make sure I ask plenty of questions.
One good thing is that I am a stay at home mom, so I am here most of the time...to stay on top of things.
I knew that there was a possibility that my male would start marking, but I guess I'm an optimist

. My last male did go through phases when he would find some spots in the house and keep going back to them. But, mostly on the tile floor, and I did get him to stop.
It seems many people in my area have males and females. I honestly didn't think having both would be such a big deal. Like I said, I will ask my vet more questions, and I will also research as much as possible...which I was going to do anyway.
