I have a question/comment about that, but perhaps I should start my own thread. When I was looking for a puppy, I went to the YTCA site. I contacted every breeder listed with an e-mail address, and recieved back MAYBE three replies. I actually think it was more like two. I 100% whole heartedly understand the importance of purchasing from a reputable breeder, but have to say it is frustrating to recieve no answer when attempting to make contact with one of these breeders. To me, this is pushing potential buyers to go to easily accesible "breeders," i.e., Jeff Dane types. Just my $.02..... Sorry to hijack this thread..
