I ADORE small dogs (obviously) and I will now always have one. But I prefer big dogs (don't shoot) because I think you can have more fun with them. Small dogs are great snuggle dogs, etc., but a big dog...you can wrestle with him/her, you don't have to worry as much about them getting hurt really easily, you don't have to worry about them getting carried off by some coyote or hawk or something. They're just a lot less stressful and they aren't fragile. and some (SOME) little dog owners are OVER spoiling their dogs. Tucker is plenty spoiled, but he doesn't get praised if he barks at someone that doesn't deserve to be barked at, while some people will be like "oh how cute!" you know what I mean? It's not a thing of big dogs being more "manly" they're just more carefree, I guess.

Little dogs are like babies, big dogs are like 10 year olds. At least, that's how I see it.
