| I still think this is consider neglect. I think calling the SPCA will teach this woman or at least they will have her on record. Im happy that you rescued a pup and I wish I had some money to help you in rescuing the others. But like 3puppies4me said this woman is getting the money and she didnt even care properly for the puppies. Sylvan, you are so kind. I really hope this poor pups get rescue soon. |
