My little Yorkie doesn't mind me touching his paws or ears..sooometimes. But when I try to brush him he tries to bite me and/or the brush. If I yell at him sometimes he'll stay calm enough for me to brush him but that doesn't take long. He's 3 months old, will he be able to get out of the phase? How can I help? He has such horrible tangles..I may have to get him shaved.
