I remember getting them back when I was in grammar school and my mom wrapped all pillows and teddy bears in plastic washed all blanket and bedding in hot water ...she did all this while we were sitting there with threatment in our hair.....then she put plastic matress protectors on the beds and sprinkled salt on all the rugs then vaccummed them. Then repeated the salt and vaccuming a few times.......We never got them again after that...I think you have to leave the plastic on the pillow and bed for a few months to make sure anything living on them dies. This was a long time ago they may have come out with some new sprays or something you can spray the rugs and beds with....hope this helps.
