Oh, wanted to add one other thing. I figure we are actually spending about $100 more on each kid this year but it will be for clothes. I usually just buy things as they need it and they use their own money to buy things also but when it comes to things that aren't really "necessary", they don't usually get them. So I plan on wrapping each of them a $100 bill with a note saying that we (me and the girls) are going shopping right after Christmas for winter clothes that THEY want. This is probably money I would have spent anyway on clothes but I think they'll enjoy it more for being able to shop with me and pick out stuff that I might not deem necessary (although there will be limits of course). And knowing them, they'll be pretty frugal too since it's a limited amount of money and they'll want to make the most of it. A gift with a "love message" and a "teaching lesson".
