My mom just sent me an email yesterday that a co-worker of her's sent out. This woman and her 9 year old daughter both had really long hair and decided to cut it off and donate it to Locks of Love for their Christmas giving this year. She was so proud of her daughter for making the sacrifice and understanding the meaning of it all. Even better (but only superficially
) is that they both look really great with the shorter hair. The mom looks years younger and the daughter looks fabulous too. I thought it was really sweet and she posted a bunch of pictures of before, during and after also.
