 Need Ebay/PayPal Help
OK, I need some help from some of you ebay gurus.
I am wanting to buy something from ebay, and in the payment details, the seller has the following statement:
***IF PAYING WITH PAYPAL, PLEASE NOTE THAT I WILL ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENT FROM ACCOUNTS WITH CONFIRMED ADDRESS AND WILL ONLY SHIP TO THAT CONFIRMED ADDRESS***
I plan to pay via paypal, but I have no clue what the 'confirmed address' means. HELP! |
