There were times when I did feel that pressure when I was looking for Chizziewink - and each time I started feeling that pressure I "slapped myself in the face, so to speak, came back to reality, and ran like the wind so I couldn't slap any $$ down. Any breeder who would play that game is NOT someone I would want to do business with.
I have been in the situation of the seller and it makes me very uncomfortable when I have one person who is very interested in a pup and someone else comes along wanting the same pup. But then again, I don't try to market my babies to the general pulbic, I try to "place them" with perfect families. I tend to be a matchmaker
