Default Post ACL Surgical Scare- Tracheal Collapse

Wonderful development to a botched ACL surgery- After our 11 yr old yorkie' trachea collapsed during surgery she was revived and we brought her home. We were told to re-evalute, that we could try again but we should wait and see how she does. To our delight she is weight bearing, hobbles some, walks normal some, has resumed doing small stairs when she feels good. The leg is getting stronger and is not atrophying. She gets regular massage, reiki therapy and some chiropratic. Last week after a reiki session she was like a puppy playing, running, chasing even jumping-- the happy little girl we love and know.

We are thrilled that we see her happy again, and may even go for short walks with her which she loves and looks forward too!
