Maybe you need to correct your puppy before she gets to the point of biting. At that point she might be so excited that it's difficult for her to stop. Maybe before this friend comes into your house, make her sit and stay (the dog, not the friend ). If your puppy jumps on your friend, give her a time out. If she barks, give her a time out. Demand perfect behavior.
