That seems off on all accounts... A box of puppies at the mall? Letting them go so young? A vet okaying this???
I can understand why you are upset. If there truly was a family emergency, it would seem they could come up with a better plan - maybe a rescue or a shelter???
I hope this puppy turns out okay, but they could be setting themselves up for some heartache...
