so next wednesday my boyfriend and i are going to fly to california to visit my family and we're going to be bringing riley with us! he'll be in cabin with us and i need tips and suggestions on how to make the flight comfortable for him! i've never flew with a puppy before! we'll be on a plane from FL to atlanta and then from atlanta to california. the lady i talked to from delta said it'll be okay to bring enough food and treats for him so i can still feed him while we're on the plane if i need to. he's trained to go potty on a mat so i'm wondering if it'll be an issue if i have to put the pad in his carrier just in case. how do i get him acustomed to being in a carrier? he's been on a 5 hour car trip before and didnt go to the bathroom until after we got out of the car plus he slept the whole way almost. i just dont want the flight to be stressful on him!
