Hello,

My name is Kate and I (well, my husband to be and I) have recently adopted two yorkies. After two years of seriously considering and searching for the perfect dog, a wonderful breeder I had been corresponding with had a two year old show dog with stage fright that needed a home. After some serious grilling, my fiance and I were able to take home Gypsy! She is a perfect "first yorkie" (although a little shy).

While we were at the breeders, one particular dog and I bonded. I mentioned to them that if they were ever interested in letting me take her home to give me a call. My breeder is wonderful and we keep constant touch. A few weeks later they said that if I was still interested, that I could come see Prissy. Prissy however, was a dog they rescued, so she was extra needy and thought I would be a good mommy for her. The rest is history and I have been a mother of two for a week and a half today. Prissy isn't quite as "beautiful" as Gypsy, but what she lacks in standard good looks, she makes up with kisses, snuggles and her warm personality.

Neither girls are spayed but they will be soon.
