Default Asthma attack with occasional vomiitng.....

I am wondering if anyone has experienced similar issue. My little boy who is now a year old vomits occasionally. He sometimes has these attacks which seem like an asthma attack. It appears like he can't catch his breath or something is in his nose and looks worn out after. It's like when a person has a stuffed up nose but is runny so they keep trying to sniff sniff. I've taken him to the vet several times as well as ask. One vet prescribed some antibiotics (Doxy..). He does not have any weird discharge. When he vomits, it almost looks like he has acid reflux of sort since I can see bile (yellow fluid) in the vomit. This is not constant but occasional enough I worry. Any advice is as usual much appreciated.
