What food are you giving? If it is Nutro, I would switch him as soon as possible...Many people have reported illness and even death...
What kind of people food were you giving? If it was fatty foods like chicken skin, pork, etc, I would be suspect something like pancreatitis...If no people food, then he could always have chronic gastritis or something like that.
Did ALL of the bloodwork come back normal? Did you get copies for your own records/reference?
Carafate is good for coating the tummy. Make sure and give it either 1 hr before eating or 3 hours after eating.
