I just got finished bathing my Shih Tzu. My Yorkie mix didn't need bathing. However they have this "thing" that when they get baths, or if one gets a bath, they chase each other like maniacs.
So I dry my Shih Tzu Jade as much as I can and then let her go, Abbie is waiting. The chase begins!! BUT THEN... Abbie comes up to me and turns sideways in front of me as if to say "pick me up". I say to her that she does not need a bath. But she does it again!!!!! I walk to the entry to where I give the baths, and she follows me and turns sideways AGAIN (her way of saying "pick me up"). So... OK, off to the bath she goes!! Since she INSISTS!
So I gave her a bath and she was happy about it... AND NOW THE CHASING can really begin!!!
Aren't our kids funny???!!!!
