If it is a liver issue, eating certain types of protein can cause a build-up of toxins in her system, so she would associate food with that feeling and not want to eat. I guess because she is symptomatic you have to BAT now but ideally it should wait til 20 weeks when her organs are fully developed.

I would go ahead with it now though because if that is an issue, her diet will need to be changed around. I don't think it's worth the risk to wait any longer personally. Also, the new recommendations are that the dog does not need to be fasted (good in this case), but most vets don't know that. The biggest issue I see is that there is some controversy about drawing this much blood from such a young and small pup. Your vet should know if it will be okay. If hypoglycemia was the only problem here, she should've snapped out of it when she got sugar. It has been too long for something to still not be right...
