I think that you are going about this the wrong way. You are more worried about the price of the dog than what is really important. A breeder that would expose a puppy to a potential buyer at such a young age cannot be reputable. Noone touches any of my pups until they have had at least 3 sets of shots in order to protect them from Parvo and other diseases that potential buyers might have been exposed to. I would suggest that you find a reputable breeder first and then move forward as to a price that you can afford. Once you find a good breeder she will help to match a puppy w/ a temperment that most fits you and your lifestyle based on her knowledge of her pups. I also suggest that you find one that will stand behind the pup w/ a written warranty...
