I would wait a week or 10 days and then give the Metronidazole and Panacur together for 5 days. That's what my Vet suggests and it worked on an adult female I purchased. Be sure to disinfect her area, wear gloves and keep feces cleaned up. I disinfected her area real good on day 4 and 5 of the meds.
You may want to give her some yogurt to replace some good bacteria lost by so much antibiotic.
