Maybe the seed did irritate her but that isn't enough salt to cause a problem.
I was thinking more along the lines of fatty meat (pancreatitis)...
As long as you've talked to the vet and her gums are pink, she is probably okay but I would be very uncomfortable that she went limp and it wouldn't hurt to take her in...
