There have been reports of Revolution not covering heartworm as well as it should...dogs getting them while on Revolution.
There are also more deaths reported per year from it than other meds.

My guess it Sentinel is so low because it isn't very popular from what I've seen been it seems that Heartgard is more popular than Revolution with way less deaths, so it may be that something like Heartgard or Interceptor are quite a bit safer.
