Sadie Mae (a Rat Terrier) was exactly this way for eggnog too. And mine had rum in it
so I don't know if it was the eggnog or the rum that she wanted.
I don't usually put nutmeg in mine - I do know that nutmeg isn't good for them. And I'd never let her have more then a sip or two the whole holiday season. Of course that's not counting for the sips she stole while I wasn't looking and she'd climb up on the table to get some.
I'm not taking a chance that any of my 3 now would like it as I don't want to start that whole obsession thing going again. But I wouldn't think a sip or two would hurt.
