22 oz is not super small for a six week old puppy. Also when they start to eat on their own they don't gain as quickly as when they are nursing. I would keep dry ground food out for her all the time and monitor her daily. Also try to make sure you check to see how much she is eating. It is fine to also supplement her with milk replacer if mom has stopped nursing but if she is getting a lot of milk she probably won't be as inclined to eat as much on her own
