Hello, Rex is my first dog ever so am new to the dog world. He is 5 months and is a handful. The problem here is that every time I take him out and he sees a dog he starts barking at them. It doesn't matter if there big or small he barks like crazy and starts pulling on the leash trying to run up to the dog. The other day a lady was walking her dog and Rex just let out a big bark at her dog. She just turned around and gave us a bad look. I don't know what to do, I know his a baby but how can I teach him to be friendly to other dogs and not bark every time he sees one. Now what's strange is that when his around my cousins dogs his not that way at all. Please help people are starting to stare at me in a bad way.
