I haven't ever seen a yorkie with an underbite only overbites.

To make sure we are discussing the same thing...

A underbite means the bottom teeth comes out further than the top. An overbite means the top teeth come out further than the bottom.

Dogs with a bad bite shouldn't be breed. Yes, to discounting puppy because there are lots of available puppies without this fault.

All that being said...there are pet yorkies out there with overbites with absolutely no problems.
