I think some dogs just tend to howl... who knows why.
My friends chihuahua will howl (so cute!) but only when she howls to her first.
I wanted to teach my baby how to, but ehh maybe I wouldn't want to hear that all the time. lol.
I'm not sure why your baby would be, maybe he really is imitating the sound.
